The 2007 Prices Are Out

If you click on The Shipyard, you'll see that the new 2007 Rental Prices are out. Luckily, they didn't go up by much! Our week is in the second tier of pricing, meaning we're not paying the most expensive (primetime) rental cost. The great news is that we're going during the first week of the second tier...so it's as close to primetime as possible without the primetime cost.

Our house will be $1,895 (+ taxes & fees) for the week. That's $271 (+ taxes & fees), per person, for the week. We should be getting the bill any time between now and January, so be prepared! I am estimating that each person will need to put forward around $150-160 for the first payment. Unless things have changed, all the fees are expected at the first payment, so the second payment is smaller.

255 Days!

As of now, there has been no update from OIA about prices for next year. They did say after Thanksgiving, of course. Hopefully we'll know more soon! Once the first half is paid (and the reservation is therefore set in stone), we will start talking flights.
